One of the most important jobs I have as a hypnotherapist is demystifying hypnosis for my clients and showing the science, logical and it's natural powerful properties that can unleash amazing results in his/her life.

Hypnotherapy is not some form of magic, but in order for it to be effective it is imperative that the client has the desire, the motivation and commitment to put in the work to change any unwanted behaviors

 

Each individual session is tailored to the client’s needs and desires. Each session is an hour in duration with the exception of the initial visit. In the initial session, the client is required to fill out a new client packet and explained the process of hypnosis, what to expect as well as answer any questions. 

 

Each session will follow the succeeding structure.

 

1.    The client vents and talks about presenting issues.

2.    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy 

3.    Hypnosis session.

4.    The client brought out of hypnotic state.

5.    The client is provided an action plan for the week

6.    The client sent a digital copy of the session within 24 hours to listen to until the next session

Smoking Cessation Program  (6 Weeks)

Did you know that 30% of Smokers can quit smoking on their own power, however the other 70% cannot.

 

The reason is smoking for 70% satisfies a negative emotion and/or need in the subconscious mind.

 

Hypnosis is ideal because it deals with the subconscious mind directly. F2H 6-week Smoking Cessation program is not a “quit Cold Turkey” plan, in this strategic course you actually get to smoke.

 

Each week you, progressively smoke less until you, lose the need to smoke. This course requires commitment and the six weeks is consecutive.

  • Hypnosis session center on Smoking Cessation 

  • Step-by-step Smoking Cessation Program Workbook

  • Recording of the hypnosis session (weekly)

  • Ceremonial Presentation (Optional but highly recommended) you deserve to be celebrated.

Many of us are “comfort eaters” which means we eat when we’re stress out, anxious, depressed, bored or simply out of habit. 

The reason we receive comfort is because when we eat, the brain secretes serotonin. Serotonin is an important chemical and neurotransmitter in the human body, believed to help regulate mood, social behavior, appetite and digestion, sleep, memory, and sexual desire and function. 

 

The majority of weight issues whether it is overweight or extremely underweight are built on the foundation of negative emotions and to feel relief we eat. Doing this over the years and you develop a bad eating habit. In this program, we discover what negative emotions are you feeding. We utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping) and Triple Column Process to transform that negative into a positive. 

 

Developing healthy eating habits is the key to losing weight and this program is developed on transforming your subconscious mindset around eating. The idea is replacing the attitude of living to eat into a mindset of eating to live and incorporating light exercise and workouts in your daily schedule.

 

Weight Loss Program is Comprised of:

 

  • Create a customized plan to change eating habits and develop a healthy mindset.

  • Meeting one-hour week (^-weeks) with a Hypnotherapist to discuss progress and any challenges.

  • Hypnosis session with Hypnotherapist centered on healthy eating and light exercise/workouts.

  • Provide basic nutritional e-book and other resources.

  • The client will be provided a weekly recording of the hypnosis session.
